Ana completed her massage therapy diploma in 2017 at Okanagan College of Massage Therapy. Since then she has continued her education in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and myofascial release. She blends these modalities alongside Swedish massage for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment. Ana enjoys working with a variety of patients and has a special interest in injury recovery as well as pain management for chronic conditions. With her down time she loves to write music and poetry, cook and be outside.
