Anna-mieke (Mieke, pronounced Me-ka) graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto in 2017. She has been practicing in Ontario for the past four years. She recently move to Kimberley area to experience the Kootenay lifestyle. Mieke has a lot of experience in pre-natal, sports, therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques. Ana completed her massage therapy diploma in 2017 at Okanagan College of Massage Therapy. Since then she has continued her education in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and myofascial release. She blends these modalities alongside Swedish massage for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment. Ana enjoys working with a variety of patients and has a special interest in injury recovery as well as pain management for chronic conditions. With her down time she loves to write music and poetry, cook and be outside.
